By becoming a member and supporting the Fraser Valley Conservancy, you have a say in the organization through the election of Directors and attendance at the AGM. Further, your contribution will go towards environmental and heritage related conservation, preservation and restoration. You will also receive the Valley Steward Newsletter, our monthly E-News, a tax receipt, a thank you memento, and enrollment into our interactive Membership Program.
To become a member you need to:
- Print and fill out our Membership Form and mail it to FVC at PO Box 2026, Abbotsford BC, V2T 3T8
- Make a donation to the Fraser Valley Conservancy. Listed below are the membership categories.

Membership A: $25- $99 Supporting Environmental Stewardship
Environmental Stewards increase biodiversity in their own backyards and communities by engaging in activities including creating homes for animals, removing invasive species, planting native species, and monitoring for rare species.
Membership B: $100- $249 Natural Habitat Protector
Your donation at this level will help to enhance and maintain protected ecological services like wildlife viewing opportunities, carbon sequestration, forested recreation, and storm water retention. Activities include monitoring, restoring, enhancing lands held in title or through conservation covenant.
Membership C: $250+ Promoting and Supporting Biodiversity in the Fraser Valley
The Fraser Valley has been a recognized hot spot for biodiversity. Currently we share 13,361.74 square km of land in the Fraser Valley with 43,438 different species! A contribution at this level helps to protect up to 3,247 square km of biodiversity in the Fraser Valley.
The Fraser Valley Conservancy’s Membership Program is an easy way to get involved with environmental stewardship activities, local hikes, tours and learn about the history and heritage of the Fraser Valley.
