Spring Plant Sale: Plant Sorting Volunteer

Are you passionate about nature and want to make a difference in your community? Join our team of volunteers to help us prepare for the Spring Native Plant Sale Fundraiser.

Learn from and work with Jon Blais, our Habitat Enhancement Coordinator. You will learn how to identify different native plants. Volunteers are responsible for sorting and labelling plants for customer orders. Your efforts will help to raise funds that we use toward stewardship and conservation work.

Volunteer Assets:

• Capable of lifting 20-50 lbs (5 gallon potted plant)

• Able to stand for long periods

• Native plant knowledge is an asset, but we’re happy to train!

• Organized with good attention to detail; must be able to read and write in English

• Works well in a team and follows instructions
