Areas along the trail
were bare or covered in Himalayan blackberry and English ivy. Many spaces among the trees had accumulated garbage that needed to be removed.
Habitat Healers gather
to listen to a safety talk before a group garbage clean-up begins. Volunteers are encouraged to pick up litter on their own time to maintain the trail.
Since 2023,
Habitat Healers have removed truckloads of English ivy and Himalayan blackberry.
