DESCRIPTION:Outdoor – Dig\, Search\, Identify\, Count \n Are you interested in learning more about native land snails and their habitat? We are looking for a small team to help us search through the forest floor for the endangered Oregon Forestsnail on our Abbotsford property.  \nThis event will happen during the week in mid may depending on the weather. \n\nVolunteer requirements: \n\nBe comfortable working in a forest without trails \nBe able to crawl over logs\, duck through bushes\, and work on uneven terrain \nWilling to crawl and search through leaf litter and under plants in the forest \nComfortable picking up and handling snails and slugs (gloves will be provided) \nAble willing to learn about snail ID and habitat \nClick here to read the full volunteer job description. \n  \nInterested? \nSignup here

We need help counting\, cleaning and storing traps. DESCRIPTION:Outdoor – Unload\, Lift\, Sort\, Label \nAre you passionate about nature and want to make a difference in your community? Join our team of volunteers to help us prepare for the Spring Native Plant Sale Fundraiser. \nLearn from and work with Jon Blais\, our Habitat Enhancement Coordinator. You will learn how to identify different native plants. Volunteers are responsible for sorting and labelling plants for public orders.
